We’re told we are living through the strangest of times. Yet, it’s surprising how quickly sights that a few months ago would have seemed entirely alien become ordinary.

Now, if you walk past someone on the street wearing a mask, you don’t give it a second thought. Shops and pubs closed, of course, they are. A disease testing in the centre of town? We have two.
